A highly active neutral sphingomyelinase was observed for the first time in ram spermatozoal plasma membranes. The optimal conditions for the enzyme activity are pH 7.4, 40 mM MgCl2, 40 min of incubation, and 267 nmol sphingomyelin. Ca2+ and cholesterol were found to inhibit sphingomyelinase activity.
首次在公羊精子质膜中观察到一种高活性中性鞘磷脂酶。该酶活性的最佳条件为pH 7.4、40 mM氯化镁、孵育40分钟和267 nmol鞘磷脂。发现钙离子和胆固醇可抑制鞘磷脂酶活性。
