The aim of the present study was to assess synbiotic ( + inulin) influence on oxidative stress parameters such as concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA), hydrogen peroxide (HO), glutathione, and free sulfhydryl groups content. Experiments were carried out on healthy volunteers ( = 32). The subjects were divided into women group ( = 16) and men group ( = 16) and randomly assigned to synbiotic and control groups. Blood samples were collected before synbiotic supplementation and after 7 wks, at the end of the study. The administration of synbiotic resulted in a significant decrease in MDA ( < 0.01), HO ( < 0.01), and GSSG concentrations ( < 0.05) as compared with the control groups and significant increase in the concentrations of GSHt ( < 0.001), GSH ( < 0.01), and -SH group content ( < 0.05) versus control. Synbiotics containing plus inulin may have positive influence on selected oxidative stress markers.
本研究的目的是评估合生元(+菊粉)对氧化应激参数的影响,如丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(HO)、谷胱甘肽的浓度以及游离巯基含量。对32名健康志愿者进行了实验。受试者被分为女性组(16名)和男性组(16名),并随机分配到合生元组和对照组。在研究结束时,于补充合生元前及7周后采集血样。与对照组相比,服用合生元导致MDA(P<0.01)、HO(P<0.01)和氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)浓度(P<0.05)显著降低,而总谷胱甘肽(GSHt,P<0.001)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH,P<0.01)浓度和-SH基团含量(P<0.05)与对照组相比显著增加。含益生菌加菊粉的合生元可能对选定的氧化应激标志物有积极影响。
