Abstract

The objective of the present study was to determine the optimum dosage of probiotic in the diet of keureling fish ( ) fry. from Yakult® was used as a starter, and enhanced with , and molasses. The mixture was fermented for 7 days prior to use as probiotic in a formulated diet containing 30% crude protein. Four levels of probiotic dosage; 0 ml kg  (control), 5 ml kg , 10 ml kg  and 15 ml kg  were tested in this study. The fish was fed twice a day at 08.00 AM and 06.00 PM at the ration of 5% body weight for 80 days. The results showed that growth performance and feed efficiency increased with increasing probiotic dosage in the diet from control (no probiotic) to 10 ml kg  of probiotic dosage and then decreased when the dosage was increased up to 15 ml kg . The best values for all measured parameters were recorded at the dosage of 10 ml kg . Therefore, it was concluded that the optimum dosage of enhanced probiotic for fry was 10 ml kg  of feed.

摘要

本研究的目的是确定在克氏鱼幼鱼日粮中益生菌的最佳剂量。使用养乐多®作为起始菌,并添加、和糖蜜进行强化。在用作含30%粗蛋白的配方饲料中的益生菌之前,将混合物发酵7天。本研究测试了四个益生菌剂量水平:0毫升/千克(对照)、5毫升/千克、10毫升/千克和15毫升/千克。每天上午08:00和下午06:00以5%体重的比例喂食鱼80天。结果表明,日粮中益生菌剂量从对照(无益生菌)增加到10毫升/千克时,生长性能和饲料效率提高,而当剂量增加到15毫升/千克时则下降。在10毫升/千克的剂量下记录到所有测量参数的最佳值。因此,得出结论,克氏鱼幼鱼强化益生菌的最佳剂量为每千克饲料10毫升。
