INTRODUCTION
Patients with Klippel-Feil syndrome can present with a myriad of symptoms and imaging findings. Herein, we present a case of Klippel-Feil syndrome that was initially misdiagnosed with syringomyelia. We review this case and discuss the imaging findings.
CONCLUSIONS
Neuoroschisis should be suspected in patients with Klippel-Feil syndrome and differentiated from syringomyelia.

克-费综合征患者可出现多种症状及影像学表现。在此，我们报告一例最初被误诊为脊髓空洞症的克-费综合征病例。我们回顾该病例并讨论影像学表现。
结论
对于克-费综合征患者应怀疑存在神经管闭合不全，并与脊髓空洞症相鉴别。
