To control the quality of different forms of Suanzaoren decoction, an effective and reliable method for the simultaneous determination of 13 major components (neomangiferin, mangiferin, spinosin, liquiritin apioside, liquiritin, 6'''-feruloylspinosin, senkyunolide I, timosaponin BII, isoliquiritoside, timosaponin C, jujuboside A, jujuboside B, and timosaponin AIII) was developed and validated for the first time in this study using high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and evaporative light scattering detection. The chromatographic separation was performed on a Venusil MP C column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) at 30°C with a gradient of acetonitrile/redistilled water as the mobile phase. Diode array detection was carried out at a wavelength of 275 nm. The drift tube temperature and the nitrogen gas flow rate of the evaporative light scattering detection were set at 50°C and 1.6 L/min, respectively. The newly developed method was successfully applied to the determination of 13 components in lab-prepared Suanzaoren oral liquid, Suanzaoren mixture, and clinical Suanzaoren granules, and this study showed that this was a useful way to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Suanzaoren decoction in different forms of the preparation.
为了控制酸枣仁汤不同剂型的质量,本研究首次建立并验证了一种同时测定 13 种主要成分(新芒果苷、芒果苷、远志皂苷、甘草苷芹糖基、甘草苷、6'''-阿魏酰远志皂苷、升麻素 I、薯蓣皂苷 BII、异甘草苷、远志皂苷 C、酸枣仁皂苷 A、酸枣仁皂苷 B 和远志皂苷 AIII)的高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测和蒸发光散射检测法。色谱分离在 Venusil MP C 柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)上进行,在 30°C 下,以乙腈/重蒸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱。二极管阵列检测在 275nm 处进行。蒸发光散射检测的漂移管温度和氮气流速分别设置为 50°C 和 1.6L/min。新建立的方法成功地应用于实验室制备的酸枣仁口服液、酸枣仁合剂和临床用酸枣仁颗粒中 13 种成分的测定,本研究表明,这是一种综合评价不同制剂酸枣仁汤质量的有效方法。
