The differential diagnosis of fever in a returned traveler is wide and challenging. We present a case of a patient working in Africa, who returned with fever, constitutional symptoms, headache, and blurred vision. An initial diagnosis of malaria was made, and additional workup revealed co-infection and antiphospholipid syndrome.
归国旅行者发热的鉴别诊断范围广泛且具有挑战性。我们报告一例在非洲工作的患者，该患者归国后出现发热、全身症状、头痛和视力模糊。初步诊断为疟疾，进一步检查发现合并感染和抗磷脂综合征。
