Abstract

A new prenylated flavone, 3,5,7,3'-tetrahydroxy-8,4'-dimethoxy-6-(3-methylbut-2- enyl)flavone (1), together with three known flavone derivatives (2-4), two known dihydrophenanthrenes (5-6), two known lignin derivatives (7-8), and three known phenolic glycoside compounds (9-11) were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of Pleione bulbocodioides. High-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy (HRESIMS), FTIR spectroscopy, and NMR techniques were used to elucidate the structures of these compounds. Biological investigations showed that compound 5, 4,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene, exhibited potent anti-inflammatory activity on LPS-stimulated NO production in BV-2 microglial cells, with IC value of 5.44 μM.

从独蒜兰的正丁醇提取物中分离出一种新的异戊烯基黄酮,3,5,7,3'-四羟基-8,4'-二甲氧基-6-(3-甲基丁-2-烯基)黄酮(1),以及三种已知的黄酮衍生物(2-4)、两种已知的二氢菲(5-6)、两种已知的木质素衍生物(7-8)和三种已知的酚苷化合物(9-11)。采用高分辨率电喷雾电离质谱(HRESIMS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振技术对这些化合物的结构进行了鉴定。生物学研究表明,化合物5,4,7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲对BV-2小胶质细胞中脂多糖刺激的一氧化氮产生具有显著的抗炎活性,IC值为5.44 μM。
