Abstract
Here, we report the description of a colistin-heteroresistant isolate fortuitously isolated from the stool sample of a patient with suspicion of tuberculosis in a public hospital of Marseille, France. In the colistin-resistant subpopulation, a mutation in the gene leading to a premature stop codon was found, and the hypermucoviscous phenotype was lost. Susceptibility to other antibiotics remained unchanged. To our knowledge, this is the first identification of such a colistin-heteroresistant isolate in France.

在此，我们报告了从法国马赛一家公立医院一名疑似肺结核患者的粪便样本中偶然分离出的一株对黏菌素异质性耐药的菌株。在耐黏菌素亚群中，发现一个基因发生突变，导致提前出现终止密码子，且高黏液性表型丧失。对其他抗生素的敏感性保持不变。据我们所知，这是法国首次鉴定出这样一株对黏菌素异质性耐药的菌株。
