Abstract

. The aim of this study was to compare the accuracy and efficacy of sonographically guided lumbar periradicular injections through in-plane or out-of-plane approach techniques for patients with unilateral lower lumbar radicular pain. The feasibility and accuracy of these techniques were studied by means of computed tomography (CT). . A total of 46 patients with chronic unilateral lumbar radicular pain were recruited and randomly assigned to either the in-plane or out-of-plane injection group. A mixture of 3 mL 1% lidocaine and 7 mg betamethasone was injected. The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess pain before and after treatment. . The pain intensity, as measured by VAS, significantly decreased in both in-plane and out-of-plane injection groups. . The sonographically guided periradicular injections are feasible and effective in treating lumbar unilateral radicular pain.

摘要

本研究的目的是比较超声引导下经平面内或平面外进针技术对单侧下腰部神经根性疼痛患者进行腰椎神经根周围注射的准确性和疗效。通过计算机断层扫描(CT)研究了这些技术的可行性和准确性。总共招募了46例慢性单侧腰椎神经根性疼痛患者,并将其随机分为平面内注射组或平面外注射组。注射3 mL 1%利多卡因和7 mg倍他米松的混合液。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估治疗前后的疼痛情况。平面内和平面外注射组的VAS测量的疼痛强度均显著降低。超声引导下神经根周围注射治疗腰椎单侧神经根性疼痛是可行且有效的。
