Angiofibromas occur in a variety of settings but can be markers for underlying tuberous sclerosis. We report an unusual giant angiofibroma occurring in a patient without associated disease. The suggested work-up for patients with tuberous sclerosis is also reviewed.
血管纤维瘤可发生于多种情况，但可为潜在结节性硬化症的标志物。我们报告了一例发生于无相关疾病患者的罕见巨大血管纤维瘤。同时还对结节性硬化症患者建议的检查方法进行了综述。
