Abstract

Syphilis is a chronic systemic infectious disease. Gastric involvement is uncommon. We report of a 55-year-old female patient with a history of epigastric pain and a diagnosis of Syphilis confirmed by main clinical symptoms, tolulized red unheated serum test(TRUST) and treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay(TPHA). At the same time, we still reported gastric involvement about syphilis in this patient with gastroscopy and pathology.

摘要

梅毒是一种慢性全身性传染病。胃部受累并不常见。我们报告了一名55岁女性患者，有上腹部疼痛病史，通过主要临床症状、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）和梅毒螺旋体血凝试验（TPHA）确诊为梅毒。同时，我们还通过胃镜检查和病理报告了该患者梅毒的胃部受累情况。
