Abstract

J-5 was isolated from tomato rhizosphere soil and exhibited strong inhibitory activity against To shed light on the molecular mechanism underlying the biological control on phytopathogens, the whole genome of this strain was sequenced. Genes encoding antimicrobial compounds and the regulatory systems were identified in the genome.

摘要

J-5从番茄根际土壤中分离得到,对植物病原菌表现出强烈的抑制活性。为了阐明其对植物病原菌进行生物防治的分子机制,对该菌株的全基因组进行了测序。在基因组中鉴定出了编码抗菌化合物的基因和调控系统。
