PS-DVB/nano-CaCO, a novel abundant mesoporous structured polymer nano-composite, was successfully synthesized via suspension polymerization. Characterization of this type of bead nano-composite demonstrated that it exhibits significantly enhanced TNF-α adsorption from blood plasma and possesses good mechanical strength.
