This report outlines the construction of an advanced, exquisite photoswitchable enzyme cascade on the basis that tyrosinase (TYR) catalyzes the generation of dihydroxyphenylalanine (DOPA) coordinated TiO nanoparticles (NPs) to form a light responsive nano-trigger that subsequently photoactivates the enzymatic activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). This photoswitchable enzyme cascade has a powerful signal transduction/amplification ability in TYR-based bioassays, and holds great promise to be applied in versatile applications.
本报告概述了一种先进、精巧的光开关酶级联反应的构建,其基础是酪氨酸酶(TYR)催化生成二羟基苯丙氨酸(DOPA),DOPA与二氧化钛纳米颗粒(NPs)配位形成光响应纳米触发器,随后该触发器光激活辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的酶活性。这种光开关酶级联反应在基于酪氨酸酶的生物测定中具有强大的信号转导/放大能力,在多种应用中具有广阔的应用前景。
