Recently, the mechanisms of multidrug resistance have been partly elucidated. Based on these resistant mechanisms, therapeutic approaches targeting the proteins involved in the mechanisms of multidrug resistance are under investigation. These include therapies with monoclonal antibodies, drug resistant genes and agents interacting with the proteins of resistant tumor cells.
近年来，多药耐药机制已部分阐明。基于这些耐药机制，针对参与多药耐药机制的蛋白质的治疗方法正在研究中。这些方法包括使用单克隆抗体、耐药基因以及与耐药肿瘤细胞蛋白质相互作用的药物进行治疗。
