Abstract

Nearly half a century ago Hounsfield had developed computed tomography. In the history of CT, notable progress was accomplished around the year of 2000 by multi-detector scanning CT which could provide volume data of the objects and establish three-dimensional visualization together with advancement of image processing technology. For the thoracic surgeon, the understanding of anatomical structures of the bronchi, the pulmonary arteries and the veins, which originated from the heart and intersect complicatedly, is indispensable for treatment. Now advancement of CT images provides vital information for surgeons and has realized pre- and intra-operative simulation and navigation in minimally invasive thoracoscopic lobectomy.

近半个世纪前,豪斯菲尔德发明了计算机断层扫描。在CT的发展历程中,2000年左右多层螺旋CT取得了显著进展,它能够提供物体的容积数据,并随着图像处理技术的进步实现三维可视化。对于胸外科医生而言,了解源自心脏且相互复杂交织的支气管、肺动脉和肺静脉的解剖结构是治疗所必需的。如今,CT图像的进步为外科医生提供了至关重要的信息,并已在微创胸腔镜肺叶切除术中实现了术前和术中模拟及导航。
