To explore the diagnostic value of hsa_circ_0074362 in the screening of gastric cancer.
The expression levels of hsa_circ_0074362 in 127 gastric cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues, 83 gastritis tissues and six gastric cancer cell lines were first detected by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Then, the relationship between its levels and clinicopathological factors of patients with gastric cancer was analyzed. Finally, a receiver operating characteristic curve was established.
Hsa_circ_0074362 levels were significantly downregulated in gastric cancer tissues, gastritis tissues and gastric cancer cell lines. Its levels were associated with lymphatic metastasis.
Hsa_circ_0074362 probably plays a role in the initiation of gastric cancer and may be a potential biomarker of gastric cancer.
探讨hsa_circ_0074362在胃癌筛查中的诊断价值。
首先采用定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应检测127例胃癌组织及配对的癌旁正常组织、83例胃炎组织和6种胃癌细胞系中hsa_circ_0074362的表达水平。然后,分析其水平与胃癌患者临床病理因素之间的关系。最后,建立受试者工作特征曲线。
hsa_circ_0074362水平在胃癌组织、胃炎组织和胃癌细胞系中显著下调。其水平与淋巴转移有关。
