A case is presented of an isolated aneurysm of the internal iliac artery in a patient with signs of lumbar disc herniation. Isolated aneurysms of the internal iliac artery are rare and they may present with symptoms of compression of adjacent structures or hemorrhage.
本文报告一例患有腰椎间盘突出症体征的患者出现孤立性髂内动脉瘤的病例。孤立性髂内动脉瘤较为罕见，可能会出现邻近结构受压或出血的症状。
