Abstract

Phytochemical investigation of the 95% ethanol extract of the whole plant of Palhinhaea cernua afforded five new serratene-type triterpenoids (1-5) together with four known analogues (6-9). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis and X-ray crystallographic data. Compounds 1-3 triggered apoptosis of Hela cell with EC values of 3.49 ± 0.05, 0.28 ± 0.13 and 7.98 ± 0.03 μM, respectively.

对全株毛叶巴豆的 95%乙醇提取物进行植物化学研究,得到了五个新的锯齿状三萜(1-5)和四个已知类似物(6-9)。通过广泛的光谱分析和 X 射线晶体学数据阐明了新化合物的结构。化合物 1-3 分别以 EC 值为 3.49±0.05、0.28±0.13 和 7.98±0.03µM 诱导 Hela 细胞凋亡。
