Abstract

In continuation of our program aimed at the development of natural product-based pesticidal agents, a series of isoxazoline-containing podophyllotoxin/2'(2',6')-(di)halogenopodophyllotoxin derivatives were prepared, and their structures were well characterized by H NMR, IR, optical rotation, HRMS and mp. Especially the structure of compound Ia was further confirmed by H-H COSY and NOESY spectrum. Among them, two compounds showed good insecticidal and acaricidal activities against Mythimna separata and Tetranychus cinnabarinus. Their structure-activity relationships were also observed.

作为我们旨在开发基于天然产物的杀虫剂的计划的延续,我们制备了一系列含异恶唑啉的鬼臼毒素/2'(2',6')-(二)卤代鬼臼毒素衍生物,并通过核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱、旋光度、高分辨质谱和熔点对其结构进行了充分表征。特别是化合物Ia的结构通过氢-氢化学位移相关谱和核Overhauser效应光谱进一步得到证实。其中,两种化合物对粘虫和朱砂叶螨表现出良好的杀虫和杀螨活性。我们还观察了它们的构效关系。
