The influence of iridoid-anthocyanin aqueous extract of cornelian cherry fruits (CM) on hematological parameters, lymphocyte subsets and proliferation during Trichinella spiralis infection in mice was investigated. CM (100 mg/kg) was administered orally to T. spiralis-infected mice six times within a period encompassing three days prior to the infection and three days after the infection (dai). CM increased the percentage of CD3, CD4 cells and CD4/CD8 ratio and decreased total count of CD8 and CD19 splenocytes (5 dai). An increase in total count of CD4, CD3, CD19 splenocytes was observed (21 dai). CM elevated the percentage of CD4 cells (7 dai) and CD4/CD8 ratio (21 dai) in MLN. CM increased (14 dai) and then reduced (21 dai) the percentage of CD8 MLN lymphocytes and decreased total count of MLN CD8 cells (21 dai) and B cells (14 dai). An activation of lymphocyte proliferation in spleen and simultaneous decrease in MLN on 5 dai was observed. An increase in red blood cells parameters (5 dai) and in leukocyte count (7 dai) was found. A rise in platelet count was noticed both on 5 and 7 dai. Moreover, the number of adult T. spiralis on 5 dai in mice receiving CM extract was lower than in the control mice. These results suggested that iridoid-anthocyanin aqueous extract of CM stimulated murine immune response during T. spiralis infection.
研究了山茱萸果实环烯醚萜 - 花青素水提取物(CM)对旋毛虫感染小鼠血液学参数、淋巴细胞亚群及增殖的影响。在感染前三天和感染后三天(感染后天数,dai)的时间段内,对感染旋毛虫的小鼠口服给予CM(100mg/kg),共六次。CM增加了CD3、CD4细胞的百分比以及CD4/CD8比值,并降低了CD8和CD19脾细胞的总数(感染后5天)。观察到CD4、CD3、CD19脾细胞总数增加(感染后21天)。CM提高了肠系膜淋巴结(MLN)中CD4细胞的百分比(感染后7天)和CD4/CD8比值(感染后21天)。CM增加了(感染后14天)然后降低了(感染后21天)MLN中CD8淋巴细胞的百分比,并降低了MLN中CD8细胞(感染后21天)和B细胞(感染后14天)的总数。观察到感染后5天脾脏中淋巴细胞增殖激活,同时MLN减少。发现红细胞参数增加(感染后5天)和白细胞计数增加(感染后7天)。在感染后5天和7天均注意到血小板计数升高。此外,接受CM提取物的小鼠在感染后5天的成虫旋毛虫数量低于对照小鼠。这些结果表明,CM的环烯醚萜 - 花青素水提取物在旋毛虫感染期间刺激了小鼠的免疫反应。
