Abstract

On 95 patients functional rheographic investigations and pressure measurements of the arteries of the big toes were carried out before and after the administration of glycerol trinitrate. Using the nitrate-induced decrease of the tone of the vessels persons with healthy vessels could more certainly be differed from patients with organic arterial occlusive disease of the lower extremities stage I and IIa. Despite the administration of glycerol trinitrate the rheography, however, does not reach the extraordinarily high reliability of the ultrasound-Doppler-pressure measurement in the early diagnosis of the arterial occlusive disease.

摘要

对95例患者在服用硝酸甘油前后进行了功能性血流描记检查和大脚趾动脉压力测量。利用硝酸盐引起的血管张力降低,健康血管的人与下肢I期和IIa期器质性动脉闭塞性疾病患者能更确切地区分开来。然而,尽管使用了硝酸甘油,在动脉闭塞性疾病的早期诊断中,血流描记术仍达不到超声多普勒压力测量那样极高的可靠性。
