A rapid, convenient, precise HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of aripiprazole and its active metabolite dehydroaripiprazole in blood serum. The separation was carried out by RP HPLC on Symmetry C₁₈ column (150 x 4.6 mm; 5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile: water (30 : 70, v/v), pH 3.0 adjusted with o-phosphoric acid. The detection was monitored at 220 nm.
建立了一种快速、便捷、精确的高效液相色谱法，用于同时测定血清中阿立哌唑及其活性代谢物去氢阿立哌唑。采用反相高效液相色谱法在Symmetry C₁₈柱（150×4.6 mm；5μm）上进行分离。流动相由乙腈：水（30:70，v/v）组成，用正磷酸调节pH值至3.0。检测波长为220 nm。
