The N-heterocyclic carbene-catalyzed [2+3] and [2+4] annulations of α-chloroaldehydes with γ-/δ-amino-α,β-unsaturated ketones were developed, giving the corresponding pyrrolidones and piperidones in good yields with exclusive trans-selectivities and excellent enantioselectivities.
N-杂环卡宾催化的α-氯代醛与γ-/δ-氨基-α,β-不饱和酮的[2+3]和[2+4]环加成反应得到相应的吡咯烷酮和哌啶酮，产率高，立体选择性好，对映选择性优异。
