The increasing demand for cosmetic procedures in the orofacial area nowadays, results in a growing number of complications attributable to soft tissue fillers, including the development of foreign body granuloma. The purpose of this study is to present two additional cases of oral foreign body granulomas caused by liquid silicone and hyaluronic acid respectively and review the pertinent literature regarding the demographics, the clinical appearance, the histopathology and the treatment of these lesions. 如今，口腔颌面部美容手术的需求不断增加，导致软组织填充剂引起的并发症越来越多，包括异物肉芽肿的形成。本研究的目的是分别介绍另外两例由液体硅酮和透明质酸引起的口腔异物肉芽肿病例，并回顾有关这些病变的人口统计学、临床表现、组织病理学和治疗的相关文献。口腔异物肉芽肿、透明质酸、硅酮、软组织填充剂。
