Abstract
Psychiatric claims under workers' compensation law have increased substantially in recent years. This chapter explores the history and varying jurisdictional standards of workers' compensation law followed by a discussion of issues pertinent to performing a psychiatric evaluation of a claimant for workers' compensation.
