Abstract

The effect of the diterpene glycoside stevioside and high concentrations of heavy metals on the molecular heterogeneity of lectins was studied in seedlings of Kazanskaya 560 winter wheat cultivar. Stevioside induced the emergence of a new 45-kDa lectin. Cultivation of wheat seedlings in CdSO and ZnSO solutions resulted in the emergence of the protein with Mr = 88 kDa. We detected the presence of both lectins in seedlings during combined treatment with stevioside and heavy metals.

在卡赞斯卡亚560冬小麦品种的幼苗中,研究了二萜糖苷甜菊糖苷和高浓度重金属对凝集素分子异质性的影响。甜菊糖苷诱导产生了一种新的45 kDa凝集素。在硫酸镉和硫酸锌溶液中培养小麦幼苗,导致出现了分子量为88 kDa的蛋白质。在甜菊糖苷和重金属联合处理的幼苗中,我们检测到了这两种凝集素的存在。
