To systematically evaluate the impact of thyroid hormone replacement in patients with OSAHS and hypothyroidism.The related case-control study of thyroid hormone replacement in patients with OSAHS and hypothyroidism had been searched from Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Resource Database.The case-control study which were in line with the condition need to be evaluated the quality and to be extracted in literature. The RevMan 5.3 and STATA softwares were applied to carry out the Meta analysis.Seven literatures of case-control study were included. The Meta analysis showed that: After the thyroid hormone replacement, the patient's AHI index, TSH index, LSaO₂ index were significantly improved (< 0.05). The AHI index statistical results of the patients were [= 3.15, 95%: (4.36-1.94), < 0.000 01; = 96%], TSH index were [= 4.15,95%: (1.15-7.15), = 0.007; = 99%], LSaO₂ index were [=-1.08, 95%: (-1.46--0.70), < 0.000 01, = 68%].The use of thyroid hormone replacement can effectively reduce the patient's hypothyroidism symptoms and AHI symptoms.
系统评价甲状腺激素替代治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）合并甲状腺功能减退患者的影响。通过检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方资源数据库，查找OSAHS合并甲状腺功能减退患者甲状腺激素替代治疗的相关病例对照研究。对符合条件的病例对照研究进行文献质量评价和资料提取，应用RevMan 5.3和STATA软件进行Meta分析。纳入7篇病例对照研究文献。Meta分析结果显示：甲状腺激素替代治疗后，患者的呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）指数、最低血氧饱和度（LSaO₂）指数均显著改善（<0.05）。患者AHI指数的统计结果为[=3.15，95%可信区间：（4.36 - 1.94），<0.000 01；=96%]，TSH指数为[=4.15，95%可信区间：（1.15 - 7.15），=0.007；=99%]，LSaO₂指数为[=-1.08，95%可信区间：（-1.46 - -0.70），<0.000 01，=68%]。使用甲状腺激素替代治疗可有效减轻患者甲状腺功能减退症状及AHI症状。
