25-Hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) as the metabolite of vitamin D, is connected with various of diseases, and important to people with limited sunshine. Thus, the investigation of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and its variation in these people is necessary. In this study, a simple, precise, and accurate method for serum 25(OH)D determination by LC/MS/MS was developed. Serum samples were obtained monthly for one year from 11 male and 11 female indoor workers in Sapporo, Japan, and the overall 25(OH)D concentration was 12.9 ± 4.7 ng/mL. The 25(OH)D in females was significantly lower than that in males (14.0 ± 5.0 vs. 11.9 ± 4.3 ng/mL). The serum 25(OH)D concentration in males and females were both strongly correlated to UV-B radiation (r = 0.8477 and 0.7384, respectively), with a two-month's lag. Also the monthly change in 25(OH)D in males was more significant than that in females.
25-羟基维生素D(25(OH)D)作为维生素D的代谢产物,与多种疾病相关,对于日照有限的人群尤为重要。因此,对这些人群血清25-羟基维生素D及其变化情况进行研究很有必要。本研究建立了一种通过液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)测定血清25(OH)D的简单、精确且准确的方法。在日本札幌,对11名男性和11名女性室内工作者进行了为期一年的每月一次血清样本采集,其血清25(OH)D总体浓度为12.9±4.7纳克/毫升。女性的25(OH)D水平显著低于男性(分别为14.0±5.0与11.9±4.3纳克/毫升)。男性和女性的血清25(OH)D浓度均与紫外线B辐射呈强相关(r分别为0.8477和0.7384),且存在两个月的滞后。此外,男性25(OH)D的月度变化比女性更为显著。
