Studies have been made on the level of activity of anion ATPase and its sensitivity to anions in erythrocytic membranes from fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. Significant variations in these properties of the ATPase were found among the species investigated. Protein composition of erythrocytic membranes was also investigated by means of disc-electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel in men, rabbit, rat, mouse, hamster, tortoise, crow and starling.
人们已经对鱼类、两栖类、爬行类、鸟类和哺乳类动物红细胞膜中阴离子ATP酶的活性水平及其对阴离子的敏感性进行了研究。在所研究的物种中,发现该ATP酶的这些特性存在显著差异。还通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法对人、兔、大鼠、小鼠、仓鼠、乌龟、乌鸦和椋鸟的红细胞膜蛋白质组成进行了研究。
