Mucormycosis is an aggressive fungal infection caused by zygomycetes from the order of . Immunocompromised patients or patients with comorbidities are susceptible to this infection. There are many forms of mucormycosis such as rhino-orbito-cerebral, cutaneous, gastrointestinal, and pulmonary. Cutaneous mucormycosis is rare in trauma patients with no comorbidities. Morel-Lavallée lesions are rare degloving injuries in trauma patients. We report a case of cutaneous mucormycosis in a trauma patient with the Morel-Lavallée lesions.
毛霉病是一种由毛霉目接合菌引起的侵袭性真菌感染。免疫功能低下的患者或患有合并症的患者易患这种感染。毛霉病有多种形式，如鼻眶脑型、皮肤型、胃肠型和肺型。在没有合并症的创伤患者中，皮肤毛霉病很罕见。莫雷尔-拉瓦利损伤是创伤患者中罕见的脱套伤。我们报告一例伴有莫雷尔-拉瓦利损伤的创伤患者发生皮肤毛霉病的病例。
