Abstract

A novel multifunctional probe, L, based on triphenylamine o-hydroxyl Schiff base was constructed for the sequential detection of Zn/PO. Interestingly, probe L also showed two-photon fluorescent "off-on" response to Zn along with a large effective two-photon absorption cross-section value of 240 GM at 720 nm, a low cytotoxic and a moderate photostability, which made L a good candidate for two-photon fluorescence microscopy imaging and monitoring the fluctuation of exogenous Zn.

基于三苯胺邻羟基席夫碱的新型多功能探针 L 被构建用于顺序检测 Zn/PO。有趣的是,探针 L 还对 Zn 表现出双光子荧光“关闭-开启”响应,并且在 720nm 处具有 240GM 的大有效双光子吸收截面值,低细胞毒性和适度的光稳定性,这使得 L 成为双光子荧光显微镜成像和监测外源性 Zn 波动的良好候选者。
