In a 32-year-old female areflexia occurred after thoraco-lumbar myelography with metrizamide (Amipaque), instead of the hyperreflexia usually found as a side effect of subarachnoid water-soluble contrast media. A direct neurotoxic effect on the cauda equina seems to have been the cause.
一名32岁女性在使用甲泛葡胺（阿米培克）进行胸腰段脊髓造影后出现了反射消失，而非通常作为蛛网膜下腔水溶性造影剂副作用出现的反射亢进。对马尾神经的直接神经毒性作用似乎是其病因。
