Abstract

fruits have been a commercially important crop for thousands of years. In addition, essential oils are valuable in the perfume, food, and beverage industries, and have also enjoyed use as aromatherapy and medicinal agents. This review summarizes the important biological activities and safety considerations of the essential oils of sweet orange (), bitter orange (), neroli (), orange petitgrain (), mandarin (), lemon (), lime (), grapefruit ( × ), bergamot (), Yuzu (), and kumquat ().

摘要

水果作为一种商业上重要的作物已经有几千年的历史了。此外,精油在香水、食品和饮料行业也很有价值,也被用作芳香疗法和药用制剂。本综述总结了甜橙(Citrus sinensis)、苦橙(Citrus aurantium var. amara)、橙花(Neroli)、橘叶(Citrus aurantium var. amara)、橘(Citrus reticulata)、柠檬(Citrus limon)、酸橙(Citrus aurantium)、葡萄柚(Citrus paradisi)、佛手柑(Citrus bergamia)、柚子(Yuzu)和金桔(Fortunella margarita)的精油的重要生物活性和安全注意事项。
