Abstract

Fluorescence probes serves as unique detection methods for its simplicity and low detection limit (LOD) and especially bioimaging ability. Research on the probes has already sprouted during the last decade with the help of its molecular recognition properties. This review spotlights recent progress in sensing and bioimaging biologically, environmentally and industrially important metal ions e.g. Zn, Cu, Hg, Ag etc. using suitable fluorescent chemosensors including carbon quantum dots (CQD).

摘要

荧光探针凭借其操作简便、检测限低(LOD)尤其是具备生物成像能力,成为独特的检测方法。在过去十年里,借助其分子识别特性,对这类探针的研究已蓬勃兴起。本综述重点介绍了利用包括碳量子点(CQD)在内的合适荧光化学传感器,在生物、环境和工业领域检测重要金属离子(如锌、铜、汞、银等)以及生物成像方面的最新进展。
