To study the chemical constituents of water extracted fraction from Oldenlandia diffusa.
The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on macroporous resin,silica gel,MCI gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS medium pressure liquid chromatography and RP-semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis.
16 compounds were isolated from the water extract of Oldenlandia diffusa,and their structures were identified as asperuloside( 1),deacetyl asperuloside( 2),geniposide( 3),10-dehydrogeniposide( 4),daphylloside( 5),diffusoside A( 6),diffusoside B( 7),coniferin( 8),scandoside methyl ester( 9),acetyl scandoside methyl ester( 10),deacetylasperulosidic acid methyl ester( 11),gardenoside( 12),galioside( 13),galioside 10-acetate( 14),loliolide( 15) and( +)-neo-olivil( 16),respectively.
Compounds 3,8 and 14 ~ 16 are obtained from Oldenlandia diffusa for the first time.

采用大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、MCI凝胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH - 20柱色谱、ODS中压液相色谱及RP - 半制备HPLC等方法对化合物进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱分析对化合物结构进行鉴定。
从白花蛇舌草水提取物中分离得到16个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为车叶草苷(1)、去乙酰车叶草苷(2)、栀子苷(3)、10 - 脱氢栀子苷(4)、虎皮楠苷(5)、白花蛇舌草苷A(6)、白花蛇舌草苷B(7)、松柏苷(8)、 scandoside甲酯(9)、乙酰scandoside甲酯(10)、去乙酰车叶草苷酸甲酯(11)、栀子苷元(12)、栀子酮苷(13)、栀子酮苷10 - 乙酸酯(14)、洛里苷(15)和(+)-新橄榄脂素(16)。
化合物3、8和14~16为首次从白花蛇舌草中获得。
