The aim of this research was to identify the seroprevalence of in local Bali dogs.
A total of 147 local Bali dog serum samples have been examined for antibodies of using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay test.
The results confirmed that 5 (3.4%) local Bali dogs have antibody for . There were no significant differences in seroprevalence of infection in local Bali dogs between different genders, ages, and take care methods (p>0.05).
The results provided evidence for the presence of infection in local Bali dogs and thus the risk to Bali cattle and dog health.
本研究的目的是确定巴厘岛当地犬只中[未提及具体病原体名称]的血清阳性率。
使用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了总共147份巴厘岛当地犬只的血清样本,以检测[未提及具体病原体名称]的抗体。
