[Electron microscopic characteristics of oncocytoma of the lung, small intestine and adrenal gland].

Electron microscopic characteristic of 3 oncocytomas (of lung, small intestine, adrenal) is presented. All the tumours had a similar ultrastructure with a large number of mitochondria in their cytoplasm. The electron microscopic study confirmed the diagnosis of oncocytoma in 2 cases. In one case the diagnosis of oncocytoma was made on the basis of the electron microscopic examination.
