Abstract

BACKGROUND

Primary immunodeficiency (PID) in adults is rare and mostly revealed by infections.

MATERIAL AND METHODS

Adults without predisposing factors who were admitted to an intensive care unit (ICU) for infection were screened for PID.

RESULTS

Six PID cases were diagnosed, mostly revealed by encapsulated bacterial infections.

CONCLUSION

Investigation of PID after ICU discharge should be considered to improve early detection.

背景

成人原发性免疫缺陷（PID）较为罕见，多由感染引发。

材料与方法

对入住重症监护病房（ICU）因感染而无易感因素的成年人进行 PID 筛查。

结果

诊断出 6 例 PID 病例，主要由有囊膜细菌感染引发。

结论

应考虑在 ICU 出院后对 PID 进行调查，以提高早期检出率。
