A Gram-negative, yellow-pigmented, aerobic bacterium, designated strain B51-30, was isolated from oil-well production liquid in Baolige oilfield, China. The strain was able to grow at pH 6-10 (optimum at pH 7.5), in 0-6% (w/v) NaCl (optimum at 1%, w/v) at 15-55 °C (optimum at 45 °C). Cells of the isolate were non-motile and non-spore-forming rods. The major cellular fatty acids were iso-C, iso-C, iso-C 3OH, iso-C ω9c, and iso-C. Ubiquinone 8 was the predominant respiratory quinone. The major polar lipids consisted of phosphatidylethanolamine and diphosphatidylglycerol. The genomic DNA G+C content of the isolate was 70.6 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strain B51-30 was most closely related to Coralloluteibacterium stylophorae KCTC 52167 (98.7% similarity). The two strains showed DNA-DNA relatedness values of 58.5%. Genotypic and phenotypic features indicate that strain B51-30 represents a novel species of the genus Coralloluteibacterium, for which the name Coralloluteibacterium thermophilus sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is B51-30 (= CGMCC 1.13574 = KCTC 62780).
从中国宝力格油田的油井采出液中分离出一株革兰氏阴性、产黄色色素的需氧细菌,命名为B51 - 30菌株。该菌株能够在pH 6 - 10(最适pH 7.5)、0 - 6%(w/v)NaCl(最适1%,w/v)、15 - 55℃(最适45℃)的条件下生长。分离菌株的细胞为无运动性、不形成芽孢的杆菌。主要细胞脂肪酸为异-C、异-C、异-C 3OH、异-C ω9c和异-C。泛醌8是主要的呼吸醌。主要极性脂类由磷脂酰乙醇胺和双磷脂酰甘油组成。该分离菌株的基因组DNA G + C含量为70.6 mol%。基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析表明,B51 - 30菌株与珊瑚溶杆菌(Coralloluteibacterium stylophorae)KCTC 52167关系最为密切(相似性为98.7%)。这两个菌株的DNA - DNA相关性值为58.5%。基因型和表型特征表明,B51 - 30菌株代表珊瑚溶杆菌属的一个新物种,为此提出新名称嗜热珊瑚溶杆菌(Coralloluteibacterium thermophilus sp. nov.)。模式菌株为B51 - 30(= CGMCC 1.13574 = KCTC 62780)。
