Abstract
The morphological structure of tumors is shown to be the leading factor responsible for the volume of the operative treatment in young patients. The improvement of organization of mass prophylactic x-ray fluorography in young persons aimed at early diagnosis of lung carcinoma is a necessary condition of obtaining better surgical results.
