Abstract

To study the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and related factors in female greenhouse workers. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 851 female greenhouse workers in Shandong province in 2015. The incidence of MSDs among the female greenhouse workers was 82.79. For the MSDs in female greenhouse workers, the top four affected body sites were low back (65.82), knees (49.10), neck (25.75) and shoulder (23.47). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥50 years (=2.098, 95: 1.353-3.252), working years ≥20 (=1.703, 95: 1.116-2.599), repetitive work (=1.903, 95: 1.183-3.061), standing for prolonged time (=2.902, 95: 1.183-7.120) and frequent slightly bending down (=2.979, 95: 1.823-4.867) were the main risk factors for MSDs in female greenhouse workers. Aiding tools was the protective factor (=0.400, 95:0.229-0.697). The findings showed a relatively higher prevalence of MSDs in female greenhouse workers. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to prevent and control the incidence of MSDs in female greenhouse workers.

研究女性温室工作者肌肉骨骼疾病(MSDs)的患病率及其相关因素。2015年对山东省851名女性温室工作者进行了问卷调查。女性温室工作者中MSDs的发病率为82.79。女性温室工作者MSDs的前四位受累身体部位是腰部(65.82)、膝盖(49.10)、颈部(25.75)和肩部(23.47)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥50岁(=2.098,95%CI:1.353 - 3.252)、工作年限≥20年(=1.703,95%CI:1.116 - 2.599)、重复性工作(=1.903,95%CI:1.183 - 3.061)、长时间站立(=2.902,95%CI:1.183 - 7.120)和频繁轻微弯腰(=2.979,95%CI:1.823 - 4.867)是女性温室工作者MSDs的主要危险因素。辅助工具是保护因素(=0.400,95%CI:0.229 - 0.697)。研究结果表明女性温室工作者中MSDs的患病率相对较高。有必要采取适当措施预防和控制女性温室工作者MSDs的发病率。
