Abstract

The antioxidant activities of carboxymethylated polysaccharide from cushaw were investigated. The cushaw polysaccharide was extracted by hot water method and deproteinized with CaCl. There was a peak around 178 in C NMR spectrum, which proved that the preparation of carboxymethyl cushaw polysaccharide was successful. At the same time, it indicated that the carboxymethylated cushaw polysaccharide had better ability to scavenge superoxide anions and hydroxyl radicals.

摘要

研究了南瓜多糖的羧甲基化产物的抗氧化活性。采用热水法提取南瓜多糖,并用 CaCl2 脱蛋白。13C NMR 谱图中出现 178 左右的特征峰,证明羧甲基南瓜多糖的制备成功。同时,表明羧甲基化南瓜多糖具有更好的清除超氧阴离子和羟自由基的能力。
