A single 30-min exposure (13,7 +/- 1.2 mW/g) of mice to 2450 MHz microwaves produced a significant increase in the proportion of FcR+ cells in the spleen. This increase was due to a selective increase in FcR+ B cells. No changes in total B (Ig+) and T (theta+) cell frequency in the spleen were observed.
