OBJECTIVE
To report a rare case of maculopapular rash on the scalp in a patient with Mediterranean spotted fever (MSF).
CLINICAL PRESENTATION AND INTERVENTION
A 58-year-old woman with breast cancer and chemotherapy-induced alopecia contracted MSF. Her clinical features were typical, except for a maculopapular rash covering the scalp. The diagnosis of MSF was confirmed by immunofluorescent assay. The disease had a favorable course and the patient was discharged in good condition.
CONCLUSION
The rash on the scalp described in this report enriches our knowledge on the clinical characteristics of MSF.
目的
报告 1 例地中海斑疹热（MSF）患者头皮出现斑丘疹的罕见病例。
临床特征和干预措施
1 例 58 岁的乳腺癌女性患者在接受化疗引起脱发后感染 MSF。其临床特征典型，除头皮出现斑丘疹外。免疫荧光检测结果证实 MSF 诊断。疾病过程顺利，患者康复出院。
结论
本报告中描述的头皮皮疹丰富了我们对 MSF 临床特征的认识。
