The particularities of the physiotherapy in the obliterating endangiitis in the framework of the treatment of arterial occlusive diseases consist in the differentiated selection of the remedies of physiotherapy and their adequate, i.e. often slight dosage. The interval at stage I and II after Fontaine free of inflammation should be used. The physiotherapy of the obliterating endangiitis possesses adjuvant character and thus supplements the reasonable polypragmasy of the whole concept of therapy.
在动脉闭塞性疾病治疗框架内，闭塞性脉管炎物理治疗的特殊性在于物理治疗方法的差异化选择及其适当剂量，即通常为小剂量。应利用Fontaine分期I期和II期无炎症阶段的间隔时间。闭塞性脉管炎的物理治疗具有辅助性质，从而补充了整个治疗理念中合理的综合治疗方法。
