Serum 1,5-anhydro-d-glucitol (1,5-AG) concentrations are short-term hyperglycemia indicators and were used to estimate the effects of serum vitamin D concentrations on glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Serum concentrations of 1,5-AG, 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D), and 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D) from 11 026 patients with T2DM, hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, Shanghai Central Hospital of Xuhui District, from January 2012 to June 2015, were retrospectively analyzed. Correlation analyses revealed correlations between 1,5-AG and 25-OH-D ( = 0.05, < 0.001), age ( = 0.05, < 0.001), and 25-OH-D + 25-OH-D (25-OH-D/D) ( = 0.05, < 0.001). Linear regression analyses revealed associations between 1,5-AG and 25-OH-D/D (adjusted = 0.003) as well as 25-OH-D (adjusted = 0.002). In males with 1,5-AG levels ≤11.55 mg/L, serum concentrations of 25-OH-D ( < 0.001) and 25-OH-D ( = 0.001) were significantly lower than those in diabetic males with 1,5-AG levels >11.55 mg/L. Serum concentrations of 25-OH-D/D in patients with T2DM were associated with 1,5-AG retention, suggesting involvement in glycemic control.
血清 1,5-脱水葡萄糖醇(1,5-AG)浓度是短期高血糖的指标,用于评估血清维生素 D 浓度对 2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制的影响。对 2012 年 1 月至 2015 年 6 月期间在上海市徐汇区中心医院内分泌科住院的 11026 例 T2DM 患者的血清 1,5-AG、25-羟维生素 D(25-OH-D)和 25-羟维生素 D(25-OH-D)浓度进行回顾性分析。相关性分析显示,1,5-AG 与 25-OH-D( = 0.05, < 0.001)、年龄( = 0.05, < 0.001)和 25-OH-D+25-OH-D(25-OH-D/D)( = 0.05, < 0.001)呈正相关。线性回归分析显示,1,5-AG 与 25-OH-D/D(校正 = 0.003)和 25-OH-D(校正 = 0.002)呈正相关。在 1,5-AG 水平≤11.55mg/L 的男性中,血清 25-OH-D( < 0.001)和 25-OH-D( = 0.001)浓度显著低于 1,5-AG 水平>11.55mg/L 的男性糖尿病患者。T2DM 患者的 25-OH-D/D 血清浓度与 1,5-AG 保留有关,提示其参与血糖控制。
