Abstract
Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP), also known as IgA vasculitis, is a systemic vasculitis which is the most common vasculitis in children. The incidence in adults varies from 3.4 to 14.3 cases per million. The classic triad of symptoms include purpuric rash, arthritis and abdominal pain. We present the case of a 20-year-old male with HSP who presented with recurrent episodes of abdominal pain, followed by classical symptoms with an identified post-infectious aetiology.

过敏性紫癜（HSP），又称 IgA 血管炎，是一种全身性血管炎，也是儿童最常见的血管炎。成人的发病率为每百万 3.4 至 14.3 例。典型三联征包括紫癜性皮疹、关节炎和腹痛。我们报告了一例 HSP 患者，其表现为反复发作的腹痛，随后出现典型症状，病因明确为感染后。
