Abstract

Four new -geranyl flavonoids, paulownione D-G (-) were isolated from the 50% acetone-HO extract of the flowers of The structures of the compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses (UV, IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR). All of the compounds (-) exhibited potent protection effects in H9c2 cardiocytes against the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation.

摘要

从 50%丙酮-HO 提取物中分离得到了四种新的香叶基黄酮类化合物,paulownione D-G (-)。通过广泛的光谱分析(UV、IR、HR-ESI-MS、1D 和 2D NMR)确定了化合物的结构。所有的化合物 (-) 都表现出对 LPS 诱导的 H9c2 心肌细胞炎症的强烈保护作用。
