An interrelationship between neurotic and psychosomatic pathologies was analysed. Experimental modelling of psychosomatic diseases suggested a combined action of the neurotization and destabilizing of regulatory mechanisms of a corresponding visceral system. In contrast to a neurosis with hypertensive syndrome, an obvious suppression of the vascular system's self-regulatory mechanism was revealed in subjects with initial stages of hypertensive disease (PAH and HD-1). The data obtained suggested a hypothesis of different mechanisms for formation of a neurosis and hypertensive disease.
分析了神经症与身心疾病之间的相互关系。身心疾病的实验模型表明，相应内脏系统的神经化和调节机制的不稳定存在联合作用。与伴有高血压综合征的神经症不同，在高血压疾病（原发性高血压和高血压1期）初期的受试者中，发现血管系统的自我调节机制明显受到抑制。所获得的数据提出了关于神经症和高血压疾病形成机制不同的假说。
